Why did we choose Google authentication?

PopHR uses Google authentication because the security and confidentiality of your personal information is very important to us. Open authentication is the industry standard and you may have seen it in other software such as ClicSécure for provincial taxes or in certain mobile applications. Google is a provider of open authentication services.

When you first register on the PopHR website (certain productions) a Google window opens asking if you agree to share certain information with us. A positive response will permit PopHR to confirm the account with which you are connecting. The only information that it will be possible for us to obtain are the following: - your complete name (e.g. Jeanne Doe) - the email address associated with your account (e.g. jeanne.doe@gmail.com, jeanne@me.com)

Please note that we do not have access to the email addresses of your contacts.
